Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1β3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
During high-demand periods such as graduation season, processing times may be slightly longer. You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3β7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2β3 business days (if available at checkout)
Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship within the United States.
(You can update this if you decide to offer international shipping.)
Delays
Cap & Gown Town is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:
- Carrier issues (USPS, UPS, etc.)
- Weather conditions
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
If you notice an error, contact us immediately at capandgowntown@gmail.com. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed or shipped.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Cap & Gown Town is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged item
We will work quickly to resolve the issue.
